Couples therapy is recommended not only for those relationships which are going through crisis, difficulties, but also for those where partners would like to learn how to express their needs and emotions in a safe way. In the sessions you are able to break through the emotional and communication barriers, recognize current problems in the relationship and examine the manner in which you influence each other’s behavior. The meetings aim to help partners remove the sources of conflict and to teach them function well in the relationship.
Couples therapy is addresses to those who: - going through difficulties in communication with each other, - are in conflict, - want to be together, but have doubts whether they are able to form fulfilling relationship, - easily fall into rage, which creates tension and causes arguments, - are experiencing change in the status of the relationship (e.g. move to a different country, the birth of a child, loss of job, infidelity) - are going through crisis and are considering split up.
