Relaxation is often used in behavioral therapy as well as in the field of sports psychology even though it is not a strictly therapeutic technique.

 

It’s aim is to control the feeling of anxiety as well as to achieve psychological and physical relaxation. The Client learns how to control the organism and

how to reduce the results of stress. The big advantage of relaxation techniques is that they can be applied by the Client in any place and time which

leads in consequence to the feeling of self control. If you feel that your organism says “STOP” in a physical way or if you can’t get rid of the

feeling of emotional stress, relaxation will be a good method for you which will help you to regain the control over your body and of your emotions.

We propose classical forms of relaxation such as for example visualization, autogenic training, Jacobson muscle relaxation or teaching breathing exercises, as a result of which you will restore inner balance and peace of mind.
